Who are we?

Echinox was founded in 1993 and after 9 years of successful operations, it entered a partnership agreement with the former multinational real estate company DTZ. In November 2002, Echinox became the local DTZ representative office, operating under the trade name of DTZ Echinox. In 2015, DTZ merged globally with Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services company, therefor in 2017 DTZ Echinox was rebranded into Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Ștefan asistă clienții cu o gamă largă de servicii: consultanță pentru închirierea proprietăților industriale şi logistice, facilitarea procesului de vânzare/cumpărare a terenurilor, analiză de piață și due diligence. „Principala mea motivație este să contribui la creșterea fiecărui business în parte, prin înțelegerea și rezolvarea solicitarilor clienților.”
